Somehow, in between the Blogger tutorial and my many craft projects, I have found time to make a few new items for the shop. I guess I must have had breakfast on the brain, because all my new items are for the most important meal of the day!

These frosted donuts, which are sold separately, are hand sewn using felt and polyfil. I decided against using beads for the sprinkles in case children want to play with them, so I used little pieces of felt instead. They can also be used as pincushions. 
I also made a sesame seed bagel with cream cheese and lox. 
It took me a LONG time to try to figure out how to make my lox. I decided to make it into strips the way so many bagel shops serve it. 
I am pleased with the way my strips turned out, and I got to use wool blend felt for the first time. Plus, they have sparked another food item. Stay tuned for it in the coming weeks!
