I will be spending much of this spring and summer crafting, especially from my stash. I need to cut down on my stash, save some money, and add items to my Etsy shop, so spending the weekends crafting will be both beneficial and stress-free!
I prefer smaller projects to the larger ones, which is why the afghan that I am working on is taking me so long. So, I have picked five smaller crochet projects I want to tackle for myself this spring & summer:

Little Doolally is of my favorite crochet designers. She has the cutest patterns.
This pillow will be perfect on my chair in my living room.
I’ve been wanting to try crocheting an embroidery hoop for some time.
This tutorial from The Homemakery is perfect!
I love this striped tank found in Crochet Today. I think it will be so cute for the summer.
And, I just got some new white capri pants. Now I have to figure out what colors to use.
Isn’t this little Watermelon coin purse by Repeat Crafter Me super cute?
It will be perfect for holding my loose change.
I can always use another place to store my crochet hooks, especially when it is so adorable.
Thanks to this sweet fox crochet hook case by Anna Nikipirowicz via Love Crochet my hooks will have a nice place to rest until the next crochet project.
How about you? Any projects on your to do list this spring and/or summer?

  1. So many wonderful projects. Lately I have been toying with the idea of buying a sewing machine that does embroidery. I'm too lazy to to it the old fashioned way. The thing is even the cheapest machine is about $800. But the job they do is so gorgeous. And you can download thousands of beautiful designs from across the net. Thanks again for the article.
