I don’t go to thrift shops nearly as much as I’d like to, mainly because I have no idea where any are. But, occasionally when I am in town, I do head to the Goodwill. This past weekend I hit the ’80s jackpot at the Goodwill. Look at all of my loot:
I am super excited by all of my cassette tapes, especially since I found a Madonna one. And, look what the woman at the front desk gave me for free:
Wheee! Yeah, I know this is Madonna’s Vogue look in 1991, but it was too cool not to post, plus it was free!
So now I have to figure out what to do with all of these items. I know there are some craft tutorials out there on making record bowls and other things, but I’m not sure that is what I want to do. Anyone have any ideas or links to tutorials?
In the meantime, I will be heading up to the attic to dig out my cassette player so I can listen to my new ’80s cassettes!
