License to Drive is definitely one of the forgotten ’80s comedy classics. I don’t think it gets the props that it deserves, so I decided to give it some!
This fun cross stitch pattern represents one of the most memorable lines, for me, from the movie. It is spoken by the driving instructor when Les is taking his driving test.
I used my pattern as a key chain. I just cut a blue square out of felt, inserted my cross stitch pattern into the center and then whip stitched it closed.
Don’t forget to add a french knot under the question mark. It didn’t show up on the chart.
