I still love to read Nancy Drew books. They are such a quick and enjoyable read, plus they always include a secret passageway and a hidden treasure. Who doesn’t want to find a hidden treasure through a secret passageway?
One of my New Year’s resolutions, yes I am already starting to think about them, is to start reading more. So to get me inspired I whipped up this super cute book cover to pay homage to my favorite super sleuth.
I crocheted a book cover over one of my Nancy Drew books and then cut a silhouette of Nancy out of felt for the cover.
I think I am going to make some more covers for my other books, especially those old ones under the Nancy Drew book. They look pretty nasty! I think they each need a brand new crocheted cover, don’t you?
